The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a facade re-cladding project in South London, from mobilisation through to handover.
This is primarily a coordination-led role managing the interfaces between trades, design, materials procurement and programme on a live, occupied building.
You will be the single point of accountability on site, working closely with your Contracts Manager, Design Manager and Commercial Manager, and representing Next Gen Group to the client and their professional team.
You will be expected to run a tight, well-organised site, manage resident-impact proactively, and maintain the high standards of safety and quality we are known for.
Key Responsibilities Take full site ownership from mobilisation to practical completion, including setting up and maintaining site logistics on occupied buildings Coordinate trades and subcontractors to programme, managing interfaces and sequencing to minimise disruption to residents Maintain a live programme, identifying float and risk proactively and escalating to the Contracts Manager where milestones are under pressure Manage scaffolding and access sequencing in close coordination with Next Gen's in-house scaffolding and access division Oversee materials procurement coordination, ensuring deliveries align with programme and storage constraints on constrained urban sites Lead on health
