As we continue to expand across the Greater London region, we\’re seeking a skilled
Contracts Manager (Facades)
to oversee multiple live projects and support our site teams in delivering technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the
successful delivery of approximately four live façade projects
, typically valued between
£1 million and £5 million
, across the
Greater London region
.

The role involves providing
technical and managerial support to Site Managers
, coordinating design and commercial activities, and ensuring each project meets the company\’s standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring extensive experience in
recladding projects
, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Oversee and support the delivery of 3–5 concurrent façade projects valued between £1–5 million within the Greater London region.
• Provide daily and weekly support to Site Managers to ensure programme, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Attend site regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive performance.
• Chair internal and client progress meetings and produce clear, concise project reports.
• Evaluate and provide structured feedback on Site Manager performance
  , identifying areas for development and recognising excellence.

Technical & Design Coordination

• Provide technical guidance to site teams on façade systems, sequencing, and installation methodologies.
• Review and coordinate design information, managing RFIs and design changes with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure buildability, compliance, and value engineering opportunities are identified and implemented.

Commercial Support

• Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets, track variations, and forecast project costs.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor management, ensuring clear scopes of work and alignment with project programmes.
• Support commercial risk management and contribute to financial reporting.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communicate proactively regarding progress, design changes, and potential risks.

Health, Safety & Quality

• Ensure all projects comply with company and legislative HSEQ standards.
• Support Site Managers in maintaining safe and compliant site operations.
• Review and ensure all quality assurance documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years\’ experience managing façade or cladding projects, including
  proven experience in recladding schemes
  .
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, substructures, and design coordination.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects valued between £1–5 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of contract management and project budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

• SMSTS / CSCS Black Card.
• Experience with façade systems such as aluminium rainscreen, terracotta, GRC, or curtain walling.
• HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
