As the Structured Working Capital Global Executive Director Product Lead within Trade, you will own product performance and be accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives. You will oversee business continuity resiliency plans and lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, commercialization, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, monitoring and reporting on product exceptions, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
You will coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind‑mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing product level P and engaging with Audit/Trade Controls.
- Serving as the key point of connection with regulators and local governance bodies.
- Ensuring products have obtained required regulatory, controls, and compliance signoff prior to launch.
- Managing Third Party Oversight (TPO) process and TPO relationship management.
- Ensuring understanding of the client and regional market, and emerging trends to identify gaps and opportunities; researching market dynamics and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Partnering with Technology and Product Delivery to deliver a competitive digital platform strategy.
- Managing product level governance and risk and control environment, including product approvals and renewals and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:
- Able to demonstrate senior level experience in a similar role or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology application.
- Experience in Trade.
