As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job responsibilities
- Define your product scope’s strategy with clear product outcomes grounded in customer needs.
- Run discovery activities to explore your product’s problem and solution space, de-risk desirability, feasibility and viability, and refine solutions that contribute to the strategy.
- Run your squad on a day-to-day basis with functional counterparts (e.g., engineering, design) to build the solutions that contribute to the team’s strategy.
- Work with legal, risk, compliance and other controls stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Track record in product management for Enterprise Merchant solutions.
- Product management experience delivering financial technology products.
- Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results.
- Experience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements and outcome-focused user stories.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services.
