The Team: J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Healthcare Coverage Group delivers a comprehensive suite of investment banking services to clients across the EMEA region, including many of the world’s leading healthcare firms. The team specialises in providing innovative solutions for mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt capital raising.
Position Summary: As a Vice President in the EMEA Healthcare coverage team, you will play a key role in the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
- Advanced degree preferred
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, including advanced Excel modelling and valuation expertise
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and defend recommendations
- Deep interest in healthcare businesses and industry trends
- Foreign language skills are desirable but not required
