As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you’ll be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re‑engineering and automation.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Executing client trades for Fixed Income, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Commodity and Equity futures and options on global derivatives exchanges.
- Clearing and settling futures and options transactions.
- Posting the margins required by exchanges, using cash or securities in ways most convenient to the client.
- Providing operational information about client transactions in flexible and responsive electronic or paper formats.
Job responsibilities:
- Clear all JPM and 3rd party executed trades on EMEA located markets on Trade Date.
- Perform reconciliations against market sources.
- Perform numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office reconciliations, middle office to back office reconciliations.
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations.
- Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations).
- Ensure clearing teams are processing (execution, full service and NCM business) accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Ensure Trade / position breaks are escalated and resolved on Trade Date +1.
- Ensure Client queries / issues are dealt with appropriately and on a timely basis.
Shift pattern is in place between 8am until 6pm, on a shift rotation with additional coverage during quarterly rolls required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Global Futures exchanges / products.
- In depth knowledge of F&O trade flows including downstream system impact.
- Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles).
