About the role
This is a 12 month contract for an insurance experienced individual with 1 years + exposure to Multinational programmes. Working in a small team to support the delivery of complex Captive Multinational Programmes, this role sits within Client Services and works closely with the Captive Manager and Captive Team Leader to ensure high-quality servicing across the full captive value chain.
You will play a key role in coordinating with global servicing offices, ensuring programmes are implemented accurately, compliantly, and in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs. This is a hands-on operational role with strong exposure to multinational insurance, regulatory considerations, and stakeholder management across international markets. This is a high profile front office position where you will be interfacing with Underwriters, Brokers and Clients so you will need excellent communication skills and a confident manner.
Your role will include the:
Implementation and ongoing servicing of Captive Multinational Programmes, liaising with global network servicing offices and regional hubs
- Validate instructions and documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and timely execution
- Identify and document local regulatory, market, and operational considerationsthat may impact programme delivery
- Assess complex operational risks and make referrals in line with company policy
- Monitor programme performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Track policy issuance and premium collection to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Support preparation of documentation for submission to the Home Office via the Captive Manager
- Work closely with Credit Control to support accurate and timely premium movement
- Assist Underwriters with premium allocation calculations and related operational tasks
- Complete premium bookings and maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Support referrals and escalations, including Clinical Trial certificate processes
Data quality & systems
- Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across underwriting and operational systems (including Geras, Global Network Portal, One Flow, IP Web, Elto, ARGOS, E-Accounting and others)
- Identify errors or omissions promptly and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams
- Ensure accurate electronic records are maintained for audit and regulatory purposes
Stakeholder engagement
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams including Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control, and the clients Global Network
- Support effective communication and collaboration with Captive clients
- Participate in client meetings where required
You will need:
- Minimum 1 yearβ experience in Multinational Insurance
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage and terminology across multiple lines
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet service standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting applications
- Confidence working across multiple systems and teams
