Team Assistant – Chief Investment Officer £40,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote) We are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of a leading Asset Management firm . This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate-calibre professional looking to take the next step in their career within financial services. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll act as the right hand to the CIO , managing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for complex diary management, inbox prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination, while serving as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact across the business.
