I’m working with a leading insurance brokerage based in the City of London who are looking for a Team Assistant to join their friendly, high-performing team. You’ll support three senior executives while working closely with a team of experienced Team Assistants to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re currently a receptionist with exposure to supporting Team Assistants, PAs, or EAs, and you’re looking to step into a dedicated Team Assistant role, this could be the perfect move for you.
- Supporting the Senior Business Assistant with the day-to-day running of the office
- Processing expense claims for senior directors, including scanning receipts and inputting data
- Arranging all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, visas/entry requirements and foreign currency
- Preparing clear, detailed travel itineraries
- Uploading, maintaining and archiving documents on internal systems
- Preparing trip reports and keeping travel records up to date
- Helping to organise client events in the UK and overseas
- Pitching in with ad hoc administrative support when required
