You will work in a high performing team who focus on placing all casualty industries within the London and European markets for insureds based in the U.S.A., Canada, Australia and Israel. They have excellent product knowledge and market reputation allowing them to place innovative ‘out of the box solutions’ and tough accounts into the marketplace.
About the Role
You will focus on policy production (slips and endorsements). This role is available on a full time or 3 day a week basis.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of our internal processes and make any operational improvements
- Be there as guidance for the broker assistants when it comes to creating policy documentation
- Keep slip templates and wording library up to date
- Keep on top of new clauses especially via the LMA and ensure we are using the most up to date versions
- Work with claims to ensure best in class wordings / products are produced
- Renewal of binders and lineslips with an emphasis on open market
- Binder and lineslip bordereaux’s and processing
- Monitor that files are kept to an audit ready fashion
- May need to work on important complex accounts for policy documentation
Qualifications
You will need significant experience within Casualty, a strong eye for detail and to enjoy working with detail and have a continuous improvement mindset.
