Exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to work within a global team, focusing on talent for a UK insurance company. You will have broad exposure from sourcing talent for intern and vacation placements, strong involvement in the extensive graduate programme that the company runs, and entry-level recruitment up to senior talent movement.

You will work alongside a highly skilled and experienced team who will mentor you in your recruitment journey. As well as participating in selection interviews, you will work closely with line managers to advise them of market intelligence and support them with their hiring plans.

You will also manage an ATS (Workday) to capture pertinent recruitment data and run reports to highlight trends and anomalies. You will collaborate closely with the HR Operations team for onboarding and ensuring regulatory compliance is adhered to.

You will need 12 months+ experience within a recruitment capacity, either agency side wanting to move in-house. If your experience has been gained within an agency, you need to have knowledge of recruiting into insurance, ideally, or if not, financial services. If your experience has been gained in-house, your previous discipline is not important.

You must be available with a maximum of 1 month's notice; if you are available immediately, this is an advantage. You should be graduate calibre with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and an organised approach, yet able to flex to meet demands and deadlines.
