Are you an organised and detail-driven Payroll? We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join my client growing team and play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll service across the business. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting the wider HR function across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and being a go-to person for employee queries.

THE ROLE

  • Manage end-to-end monthly UK payroll for approximately 300 employees
  • Ensure payroll data is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies proactively
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries across the business
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and global mobility advisors
  • Partner with Finance and Tax teams on reporting and reconciliations
  • Support year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds
  • Process new starters and leavers data in line with company policies and legal regulations
  • Administration of the Pension and auto/contractual enrolment obligations
  • Offer employees guidance in relation to all payroll matters

  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  • Experience supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle
