?We're looking for a Learning Coordinator / Training Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting trainees across the Region. Working closely with managers, trainees, and training providers, you'll help ensure our people are on the right development pathways and have the support they need to achieve their professional qualifications and career goals
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Learning & Development, Early Careers, HR, or Talent Development who enjoys building relationships, coordinating programmes, and making a real impact on employee development

What You'll Be Doi
- ngActing as the main point of contact for trainee and training-related querie
- s.Supporting trainees throughout their professional qualification journe
- y.Coordinating study programmes and liaising with external training provider
- s.Monitoring trainee progression, exam results, and qualification milestone
- s.Producing reports on trainee development and CPD completio
- n.Working closely with managers to support development plannin
- g.Ensuring consistency of learning and development opportunities across the busines
