The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

Growing MGA are looking for immediate assistance to manage coverholder onboarding, Lloyd's system administration, bordereaux processing, premium and claims settlements, LPAN submissions, and ongoing servicing of delegated authority arrangements. This role could be part or full time, and if you can start immediately that is a huge advantage.

You will be:

  • Managing the onboarding of new coverholders and sub-coverholders, including preparation, collation and submission of Lloyd's Atlas onboarding documentation.
  • Administering and maintaining binding authority agreements (BAAs), including master coverholder and sub-coverholder arrangements.
  • Coordinating registrations, amendments, endorsements and ongoing administration with Lloyd's and lead carriers.
  • Maintaining Lloyd's market systems, including Atlas, PPL/Whitespace and Velonetic.
  • Registering and managing stamps and binding authority records throughout their lifecycle.
  • Reviewing, validating and administering premium and claims bordereaux received from coverholders and delegated authority partners.
  • Checking bordereaux for completeness, accuracy, format compliance and consistency with binding authority terms.
  • Identifying and resolving bordereaux exceptions, queries and data quality issues.
  • Preparing and submitting premium and claims LPANs to Velonetic/Xchanging for processing and settlement.
  • Managing premium collection, commission processing and related settlement activities.
  • Acting as the day-to-day operational liaison with Lloyd's, lead carriers and other market participants on delegated authority matters.
  • Coordinating annual due diligence, audits and ongoing operational oversight of sub-coverholders.
  • Supporting non-renewals, terminations and other changes to delegated authority arrangements.
  • Maintaining operational controls, governance, reporting and audit trails across all delegated authority processes.

You will need a confident level of DA experience within operations and should be self motivated and technically competent.
