Job Description
HR Operations/M&A
Working for fast growing and moving FS firm based in the City of London. You will be joining at an exciting time as they are very busy with Acquisitions.
You will overseas the end-to-end integration process of newly acquired firms across all regions of the UK and ROI. Acting as the central point of coordination, they will ensure that all people-related processes, data, stakeholder engagement, and integration plans are accurate, robust, and delivered in a timely manner. You will manage stakeholder relations and work closely with the Senior Business Partners cross the UK and ROI.
If you have worked in HR either as a generalist or project manager and are used to a fast-paced environment this may be the role for you. You will be joining a friendly, collaborative, and supportive team where a general package is available.
THE ROLE
- To lead the end-to-end onboarding process of acquired firms across designated regions, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Maintain and manage the M&A integration tracker, ensuring all progress, risks, and actions are logged, tracked, and visible to key stakeholders.
- Deliver weekly updates to the People Director, Business Partnering Director, and Senior Business Partners, highlighting risks, progress, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with key internal teams (e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Systems) to align on critical data flows and implementation requirements.
- Support the Senior People Business Partner and be the project owner for each integration, being aware of any nuances, whilst ensuring consistency with overall integration strategy.
- Collaborate with the M&A and People team to pull together employment contracts for leaders of Acquisitions, ensuring terms are accurate and aligned with my client’s T&Cs
- Ensure employment documentation is complete, accurate, and signed as part of the acquisition process.
- Pull together the integration journey for the specific firm and the timelines, as well as supporting the Senior Business Partners with organising initial engagement meetings with acquired firms.
- Ensure all integration activity is well-documented, timely, and data-driven, enabling proactive issue resolution.
- Support the development and continuous evolution of integration playbooks and templates.
- Stay abreast of best practices in M&A integration from a people and change management perspective.
- Support the People Director with the management of Shareholder leavers and legal documentation.
- Support the People Director with various ad hoc HR Projects.
