A fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a leading financial services company based in London. In this role, you will support the People Director across all areas of Employee Experience, including L&D, Advisory, Talent Acquisition, M&A activity, and ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining confidential HR records.
  • Support data entry and HR systems, including M&A documentation.
  • Assist with coordinating HR projects, tracking progress, and preparing basic reports.
  • Update People team materials and PowerPoint decks.
  • Help organise L&D sessions and assist with Advisory tasks such as onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years in administrative or HR support (a plus).
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
