Our client is seeking a Learning Coordinator/Training Partner to support trainee development across the region. This role will work closely with managers, trainees, and external training providers to ensure individuals are supported throughout their professional qualification journey and development pathways.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in Learning & Development, Early Careers, Talent Development, HR, or a similar field who enjoys stakeholder management, programme coordination, and supporting employee growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for trainee and training-related queries
- Support trainees throughout their professional qualification journey
- Coordinate study programmes and liaise with external training providers
- Monitor trainee progression, exam results, and qualification milestones
- Produce reports relating to trainee development and CPD completion
- Work closely with managers to support development planning
- Ensure consistency in learning and development opportunities across the business
- Previous experience within HR, Learning & Development, Early Careers, Talent Development, or a related area
- Experience supporting trainees, apprentices, graduates, or professional study programmes
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience within professional services
- Knowledge of qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, or CIPD
- Experience with apprenticeship programmes and learning systems
