Our client is currently seeking a People Administrator to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within HR and People operations. Reporting into the Senior People Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and delivering a positive employee experience. Acting as the first point of contact for People-related queries, you will provide essential administrative support across the wider People function.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and taking ownership of the People inbox
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Drafting contracts and employment documentation
- Maintaining employee records through the HRIS system
- Supporting People projects and policy implementation
- Providing general administrative support to the wider People team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or a People function
