About The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Service & Quotations Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, quotations, scheduling, and job coordination. This role sits at the centre of the business and requires somebody who can remain calm, organised, and professional while managing multiple live jobs and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales and service enquiries
- Preparing quotations for repairs, servicing, and installations
- Liaising with customers regarding ongoing works
- Coordinating engineer schedules and appointments
- Managing job progress and customer communication
- Following up quotations and customer requests
- Processing customer invoices
- Working closely with engineers and suppliers
- Learning technical product knowledge over time
- Supporting smooth project and service delivery
About you:
We are looking for somebody who is:
