This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in one of the most important areas of the residential property sector today — delivering complex building safety and structural remediation projects that directly improve the safety and quality of people’s homes. You will take ownership of remediation programmes across a large and varied residential portfolio, overseeing projects from early instruction through to completion. Working at the heart of delivery, you’ll coordinate consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, transparently, and to the highest standard. This is a highly visible role where your work will have real impact — improving building safety, resolving complex legacy issues, and helping to ensure residents live in safer, better-managed homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of building safety and structural remediation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, managing agents and developers to keep programmes on track.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and drive solutions when challenges arise.
  • Oversee project budgets, funding arrangements and cost control, ensuring strong financial governance throughout.
  • Manage applications and reporting for government remediation funding schemes.
