Job Description

Sales Negotiator – SW London

Up to £25,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance | Circa £35,000 Guaranteed for 4 Months | 10–20% Commission

Join a Branch That Is Already Winning

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a role where your earning potential, development and career progression can genuinely match your ability?

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and established branch in South West London, currently on track to achieve an incredible £1 million in revenue this year.

This is a branch that consistently performs at the highest level, with a dominant market share across its core postcodes and an experienced team of professionals who have built and progressed their careers within the business.

Now, they are looking for another ambitious individual to join the team and contribute to the next stage of their success.

Why This Opportunity?

This isn't simply an opportunity to join a busy estate agency. You'll be joining a branch with a proven track record, strong local presence and a culture where ambitious people are given the opportunity to progress.

To support you as you establish yourself within the role, you'll receive a guaranteed income of up to £35,000 for your first four months. This gives you valuable time to build relationships, develop your pipeline and get some of your initial sales underway and progressing before moving onto the full commission structure.

With the right performance, there is significant scope to build your earnings beyond the basic salary.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be central to the branch's sales performance, working closely with buyers and vendors and taking responsibility for driving opportunities forward.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing buyers throughout their property search, understanding their requirements and identifying suitable opportunities.
  • Conducting property viewings and using your knowledge of the market to deliver an excellent experience for prospective buyers.
  • Maintaining strong vendor relationships, keeping clients informed and providing valuable feedback following viewings.
  • Handling offers from initial receipt through to negotiation, using your commercial judgement to secure the best possible outcome.
  • Proactively generating new opportunities through telephone prospecting, relationship building, networking and your knowledge of the local area.
  • Taking ownership of agreed sales and helping to maintain momentum through to completion.
  • Advising clients throughout the sales process and ensuring they receive a professional, informed and proactive service.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other areas of the business and maximise referral opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider branch and business to ensure clients receive a joined-up experience.
  • Staying informed on local market activity, property values and competitor performance to help strengthen the branch's position.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're ideally looking for someone with previous estate agency or property sales experience, particularly someone who is already comfortable operating within a busy sales environment.

That said, we're equally interested in hearing from high-performing sales professionals from other industries. If you're used to working towards ambitious targets, managing a strong pipeline and converting opportunities, your skills could transfer extremely well into this role.

You'll need to be:

  • Naturally confident, personable and able to build relationships quickly.
  • A strong negotiator who enjoys achieving the best possible result.
  • Commercially driven, with a genuine appetite to earn.
  • Proactive and comfortable generating your own opportunities.
  • Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple buyers, vendors and transactions at once.
  • An excellent communicator across face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations and written correspondence.
  • Ambitious about developing your career and taking on greater responsibility.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

Knowledge of the SW London property market would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. What's more important is your ability to learn quickly, understand your patch and build relationships within it.

What You'll Receive

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Circa £35,000 guaranteed income for your first 4 months
  • Commission from 10% up to 20%
  • Additional earning potential through business referrals
  • Car allowance
  • The opportunity to join a top-performing SW London branch
  • A strong and established local market position
  • An experienced team with a proven history of internal progression
  • Genuine opportunities for career development
  • The chance to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm

Saturday: 9am–3pm

Saturday rota: Every other Saturday / 1 in 3 – TBC

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position. A car allowance is provided.

Ready to Take Your Career Further?

If you're already an experienced Sales Negotiator, or you're a proven sales professional ready to make the move into property, this is an opportunity to join a branch that is already delivering exceptional results.

With £1 million in revenue within reach, market-leading performance across its core postcodes, a strong team culture and genuine career progression, you'll be joining a business where success is already happening - and where you can play a significant part in what comes next.

If you're driven by results, motivated by earning potential and ready to progress your career, we'd love to hear from you.
