Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a role where your earning potential, development and career progression can genuinely match your ability? We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and established branch in South West London, currently on track to achieve an incredible £1 million in revenue this year.
You'll be joining a branch with a proven track record, strong local presence and a culture where ambitious people are given the opportunity to progress. This gives you valuable time to build relationships, develop your pipeline and get some of your initial sales underway and progressing before moving onto the full commission structure. With the right performance, there is significant scope to build your earnings beyond the basic salary.
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be central to the branch's sales performance, working closely with buyers and vendors and taking responsibility for driving opportunities forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling offers from initial receipt through to negotiation, using your commercial judgement to secure the best possible outcome.
- Proactively generating new opportunities through telephone prospecting, relationship building, networking and your knowledge of the local area.
- Taking ownership of agreed sales and helping to maintain momentum through to completion.
- Advising clients throughout the sales process and ensuring they receive a professional, informed and proactive service.
- Staying informed on local market activity, property values and competitor performance to help strengthen the branch's position.
We're ideally looking for someone with previous estate agency or property sales experience, particularly someone who is already comfortable operating within a busy sales environment. That said, we're equally interested in hearing from high-performing sales professionals from other industries. An excellent communicator across face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations and written correspondence.
Additional earning potential through business referrals, car allowance, a strong and established local market position, genuine opportunities for career development, and the chance to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance.
Working hours are Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm, Saturday: 9am–3pm, with a Saturday rota of every other Saturday / 1 in 3 – TBC. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position. A car allowance is provided.
If you're already an experienced Sales Negotiator, or you're a proven sales professional ready to make the move into property, this is an opportunity to join a branch that is already delivering exceptional results. With £1 million in revenue within reach, market-leading performance across its core postcodes, a strong team culture and genuine career progression, you'll be joining a business where success is already happening - and where you can play a significant part in what comes next.
If you're driven by results, motivated by earning potential and ready to progress your career, we'd love to hear from you. To learn more about this opportunity, please contact Zara Benson at Next Chapter Talent.
