The Role
You’ll join the Commercial Lines team and take ownership of a portfolio of Motor Fleet business. This is underwriting in practice – hands‑on, relationship‑led, and focused on profitable outcomes. You’ll:
- Underwrite and negotiate new and existing Motor Fleet risks within your authority
- Apply pricing and risk strategies to maintain and grow profitability
- Build and nurture strong broker relationships
- Spot opportunities to expand or improve your portfolio
- Share insights and contribute to underwriting strategy across the team
- Represent the business at broker meetings and industry events

Who You Are
