An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services professional to lead and develop a Building Services function across a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Property, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team including Surveyors, Engineers, Building Services Specialists, and Administrative staff. You will have responsibility for the delivery of Major Works, statutory compliance, procurement, and technical services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, cost-effectively, and to the highest professional standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, residents, consultants, and contractors.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Building Services Team, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and review the performance of team members, consultants, and contractors.
- Support Residential Property Management teams to ensure services are delivered to the required standards.
Major Works & Capital Projects
- Act as the principal point of contact for all Major Works schemes across the property portfolio.
- Prepare and present Major Works proposals.
