An opportunity to join a hugely successful and ambitious experiential leisure business as their CRM Manager, responsible for the customer communication programme at both a strategic and operational level to elevate loyalty, acquisition and retention campaigns.
As a CRM specialist, you'll be a natural analyst with strong commercial awareness, experienced and proactive in translating consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to shape and deliver relevant multichannel marketing programmes to maximise customer loyalty and value, building actionable insight.
This role will be the one stop shop for CRM, responsible for creating the strategic road map, driving and taking ownership of all email campaign delivery, segmentation, testing, analysis and database management. You'll be working proactively and will have responsibility for scoping out customer journey, predicting financial outcomes, setting up new templates, delivery of campaigns, weekly email communications and database growth initiatives.
This role demands extensive cross‐functional collaboration, good communication skills and excellent project management skills. You'll be joining a newly formed marketing team and a business that is committed to understanding and engaging its audience.
Based near Milton Keynes, the team are based in the office more often than not so it is important that you're able and willing to commute.
