Let’s Start with You. You’ve got that rare mix; creative flair with a strategic mindset and a knack for getting things done. You know how to take a brief and turn it into content that makes people stop scrolling, start reading, and actually care. If that sounds like your kind of thing, read on because we’re looking for a Content Manager to help bring brilliant ideas to life for some of the biggest names across the food & drink industry.
You’ll be leading day-to-day content delivery, guiding a small but mighty team, and collaborating with strategists, designers and performance pros to make sure everything created doesn’t just look good, but resonates. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office, two days remote, with travel to client shoots and events when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning Strategy into Stories: Transform big-picture thinking into content plans that hit all the right notes. Lead brainstorms and planning sessions where ideas flow freely. Keep your eye on what’s new and next in content, formats and storytelling.
- Creating, Shaping, Perfecting: Oversee brilliant content across blogs, socials, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns and more. Review and refine work from your team so every piece feels sharp, clear and on-brand. Collaborate with designers, videographers and motion magicians to make ideas pop. Make sure everything aligns with each client’s voice, values and vibe.
- Leading by Example: Guide and mentor Content Executives, helping them grow their craft. Keep the team motivated, supported and buzzing with ideas.
- Owning the Client Relationship: Be the go-to content partner for your clients. Present ideas and reports that make strategy feel exciting. Jump into pitches and proposals with energy, insight and great storytelling.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 4+ years creating or managing content in an agency or B2B environment.
- A solid track record of taking projects from idea stage to success.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Excellent flair for writing and editorial instinct.
- Comfort with tools like Asana, Airtable, Brandwatch or Sprout, or a willingness to learn.
- Curiosity, creativity and a passion for delivering brilliant campaigns.
Why Apply?
This is an incredible opportunity in a leading agency at a truly exciting time of growth. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape campaigns for brands people actually talk about; join a team that values ideas, initiative and good humour as much as KPIs; collaborate with brilliant minds who’ll challenge and champion you in equal measure and you’ll have space to experiment, grow and make a genuine impact.
In addition to working in a highly dynamic market with some of the best known and best loved brands as your clients, they offer a whole host of benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, starting at 25 days and increasing with service; individual employee training budgets and development programmes; enhanced and escalating maternity and paternity leave along with a whole host of health & wellbeing and team/office perks.
