Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire team to be their best.
- Provide an atmosphere that delivers amazing service, achieves performance targets and ensures accurate stock processes, in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient and safe.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities alongside the team.
- Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager; play a part in the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
