Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service on the sales floor.
- Keep the sales floor well stocked, organised and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the shop floor.
- Process deliveries, replenish the floor and manage stock in the stockroom.
- Pick, pack and transfer stock to meet customer timescales and ensure accurate parcel processing.
- Keep the back‑of‑house clean, safe and organised.
- Support both sales floor and stockroom as needed.
