What You’ll Take On: As a Senior LPO, you will take on enhanced duties beyond the standard LPO profile, focusing on leadership and operational efficiency:

  • Support the LPM with recruitment (telephone interviews) and lead the induction and in-store training for all new LPOs.
  • Act as a regional mentor, conducting support visits to ensure team compliance with duties, visibility, and Clear Review objectives.
  • Manage LPO rotas (including holiday and sickness cover), conduct 30/60-day performance reviews, and assist with LPO Audit visits.
  • Ensure strict adherence to apprehension and exclusion policies, ensuring the principles of ASCONE are applied at all times.
  • Maintain strong links with Police, Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), and Retail Crime Partnerships.
  • Ensure all major incidents are reported via Zinc Synapse and intelligence is shared through NRCA.
  • Step up to cover selected LPM duties during their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of loss prevention services.

What You’ll Bring: We need a self-motivated leader who operates with high integrity and has a proven track record in retail security.
