About the role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who share a passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience from helping customers find the perfect product to completing purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and style.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and what they didn’t even know they needed.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards, including deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
