- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the items they didn’t even know they needed.
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health.
