Day Rate (Between 6:00AM - 10:00pm) - £12.99
Night Rate (Between 10:00PM - 6:00AM) - £15.58
Shifts:
- Wed-Sat/Thurs-Sat 18:00-06:00
- Sun-Tues/Sun-Wed 18:00-06:00
About the Role:
Your responsibilities may include:
- Handle and transport material waste (mainly cardboard and polythene)
- Stop and start the bailing machines
- Communicate with dump truck drivers when they reverse in and out
- Sort out recycling waste into different types of recycling waste
- Lifting pallets
- Use machinery for lifting heavy items
We're looking for a dedicated individual who:
- Is comfortable working in a cold / outside environment
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
- Can demonstrate they have capacity to work quickly and think decisively
- Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets
- Is confident working in a fast paced and busy environment
- Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
- Will ensure they maintain a clean and organised workspace through a "tidy as you go" approach
