From taking initial briefs to final delivery, you’ll receive full support from our Video Production Manager to help you hit the ground running and develop your creative and technical expertise.

  • Planning and managing hands-on filming and photography shoots across offices, warehouses, events, and outdoor locations.
  • Capturing high-quality video, B-roll, interview footage, drone content, and event coverage while managing clear audio and lighting setup.
  • Editing raw assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, handling colour correction, audio refinement, titles, graphics, and music track selection.
  • Preparing final imagery and video files tailored for internal channels, presentations, learning platforms, and social media.
  • Keeping project files, raw footage, and reusable production assets well-organised for the wider team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid visual storytelling skills across video production and photography, with confidence in lighting, composition, and sound capture.
  • Practical expertise using professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, and audio recording devices.
  • Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to guide stakeholders, presenters, and contributors comfortably on camera.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • A practical, calm problem-solving mindset when filming on location.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across sites and work dynamic hours during major company events.
