The role: You will be currently working in an operational role within our business, have an interest in progressing and taking your first steps into management. You will be an aspiring leader and may have limited or no experience of leading or supervising a team. You will learn on the job, experience life at the sharp end of our operation, working at a base location as well as providing operational support.
What you’ll take on: As a PQC Operations Leader you will work closely with the current Team Manager in their allocated work area. You will lead and motivate individuals and teams, to achieve operational effectiveness, business drivers and deliver service to our customers. You will ensure that all operational processes are compliant with policies and procedures and play an active part in the promotion of a team work ethic. You will be given support & development during your training period. By building your knowledge & skills and following a development programme you will work towards completing key milestones that will demonstrate the necessary standards to achieve sign off. The Operations Leader will lead a team within the PQC Helpdesk focused on branded intake. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and actioning data regarding compliance standards across the Branded Refurb department.
