About the Role

We are seeking a Bonus Coordinator to join our team in supporting the delivery, calculation, and accuracy of bonus payments and productivity reporting across multiple operational divisions—including Warehousing, Total Platform Operations, Regional Service Centres, Product Quality & Compliance, and Furniture Manufacturing.

Working closely with senior team members and payroll, you will maintain key reporting files, run data quality audits, resolve bonus queries, and update operational metrics (such as SMVs) to ensure every operative is paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bonus Processing & Payroll Support
    • Payroll Alignment: Assist in preparing and verifying weekly and monthly bonus data for seamless payroll processing.
    • Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve bonus queries promptly (including back pay and owed occurrences) to ensure accurate employee pay.
    • Data Auditing: Perform regular data quality checks to identify anomalies or discrepancies before reports and payroll files are finalised.
  • Reporting & Data Management
    • System Reporting: Extract, compile, and update performance and productivity data across multiple sites and business units.
    • Master File Maintenance: Maintain and update complex spreadsheets, Finance/MI files, Intranet resources, and Standard Minute Values (SMVs) to support accurate manpower planning.
    • Ad-Hoc Analytics: Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from business leaders across the network in a professional, timely manner.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration & Compliance
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with site operational leaders, payroll, and HR teams to gather and verify productivity inputs.
    • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team projects, system improvements, and workflow optimisation initiatives.
    • Policy & Safety: Maintain compliance with company procedures, health and safety policies, and data security standards at all times.

  • Data & Excel Skills: Confident in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, formulas, and reporting.
