Summary
We’re looking for a fashion conscious and customer focused Team Member to join our store. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, sharing product knowledge, and making sure they enjoy a great experience every time they visit.
This role offers a base salary plus sales-based commission.
About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong product knowledge
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards on the shop floor to support sales
- Support with stock replenishment and day to day store operations
- Work as part of a team to create a positive store environment and support sales performance
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
- Passionate about fashion and enjoying helping people
- Takes pride in presentation and has strong attention to detail
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
- Available to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you
