SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 37.25hrs p/w; Sun 10:30 - 17:15; Mon 11:45 - 20:15; Wed 08:30 - 17:00; Thu 08:30 - 17:00; Fri 11:45 - 20:15

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support sales and wider commercial performance on the shop floor, work closely with the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Russell & Bromley brand.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, takes pride in high standards, and is comfortable supporting colleagues day to day. This role offers a competitive base salary plus sales-based commission.

About the Role
  • Support the smooth running of the store and help create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Support sales performance and help drive team delivery of store targets and KPIs
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and encouragement to team members
  • Open and close the store, acting as the responsible person on duty when required
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock presentation, and replenishment
  • Handle customer queries and service issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed
About You
  • Customer focused, with a warm, approachable and personable manner
  • Commercially aware and motivated by delivering strong sales performance
  • A supportive and dependable team player with strong communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment
  • Passionate about delivering a premium in-store experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, keyholder, or management role would be an advantage
  • Available to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you
