We are looking for an experienced Oracle trainer to work on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. You will take ownership of the learning journey for our Finance systems, including Oracle ERP and EPM. Your mission is to move beyond traditional training by designing digital solutions that work for a modern, fast-paced business.
What You’ll Take On
- Design and Develop: Create inspiring e-learning modules, video content, and resources using tools like Articulate and Adobe Suite.
- Innovate with Technology: Manage our Digital Adoption Platform (Oracle Guided Learning) to provide just-in-time support directly within the application.
- Deliver and Facilitate: Lead engaging virtual and face-to-face sessions that help colleagues and partners realise their potential.
- Manage Projects: Lead end-to-end projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure our learning strategies meet real-world needs.
- Communicate: Partner with our internal communications team to deliver clear, warm, and purposeful messaging that keeps everyone informed.
