Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The Role: We’re on the hunt for a passionate experienced Footwear Buyer to join our team in Market Harborough. With our stunning new range, The Set, already launched, we’re looking for someone with the vision and drive to take it to the next level. The role will focus on Footwear predominantly with some exposure to Accessories.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Range Development: Take the lead in creating a commercially successful collection aligned with The Set's bold vision and Brand DNA.
  • Fit & Quality Leadership: Drive excellence by leading fit sessions, ensuring all garments adhere to the highest quality standards, and providing strategic oversight for lab dip and strike-off approvals.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, ensuring smooth processes and timely deliveries.
  • Cost Negotiation: Work with suppliers to achieve competitive costs and meet key performance indicators.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse sales and trends to identify new opportunities and shape future collections.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with your team and key divisions such as Marketing and Design, ensuring seamless alignment and driving collective success.

Immaculate taste levels for Footwear and Accessories range, coupled with excellent attention to detail is essential in this role. This role will cover single Product, as opposed to packs.
