This is an integral role based at our Joules Head Office where you will be right at the heart of the action. You will join our friendly, forward-thinking Merchandising department to help us land a strategy that feels as fresh and effortless as our collections. We are looking for someone who appreciates the finer details of our heritage while keeping a keen eye on the future. This is a role for someone who loves the numbers as much as the aesthetic and understands that a well-balanced range is the secret to a happy customer.

Working Pattern: This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will support the Merchandising team to land the stock strategy, in line with the planning of the Business/Trading teams.
  • Supporting in analysing previous sales history, reviewing size ratios and identifying best & worst sellers.
  • Gain a commercial understanding of product ranges and assess stores & competitors.
  • Provide administrative support surrounding trading meetings such as best and worst seller identification and sample gathering.
  • Provide administrative support for the management of continuity stock.
  • Start to negotiate handover dates with a Supplier and highlight issues to the Merchandiser.
  • Update delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position.
  • Ensure all department Purchase Orders are created accurately and in line with the Critical Path.
  • Prepare trackers for Progress Meetings to ensure problems are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Update systems with guidance: loads grading, sizing, lead times, product information etc.
  • Collate and prepare information for supplier visits and meetings.
