Step into the role of Assistant Merchandiser. This is an integral role based at our Joules Head Office where you will be right at the heart of the action. You will join our friendly, forward-thinking Merchandising department to help us land a strategy that feels as fresh and effortless as our collections. We are looking for someone who appreciates the finer details of our heritage while keeping a keen eye on the future. This is a role for someone who loves the numbers as much as the aesthetic and understands that a well-balanced range is the secret to a happy customer.

Working Pattern: This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with our Buying team, you will ensure our collections land with impact.
  • You will be the one turning data into a story, predicting what our customers will love next while keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.
  • Plan with Purpose: You will deliver seasonal range frameworks using sales and profit analysis, ensuring we are always predicting the next big opportunity for our well-dressed time off.
  • Trading: You will be living and breathing the weekly trade with your team, reacting with speed and precision to shifting consumer demands.
  • Master the Range: You will hit financial plans by adjusting as the season progresses, driving the team to stay on track and hit every milestone.
  • Navigate the Numbers: From reforecasting to monitoring performance, you will take charge of your department plans, ensuring accuracy across every system and data point.
  • Build Relationships: You will work hand in hand with our suppliers and internal teams, communicating our seasonal strategies with confidence and clarity.
