As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun; however, we can give you an idea of what’s in store for you.
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and completing their purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing expert advice on bra sizing and style recommendations, including fitting support.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, ensuring they are displayed attractively and customers can easily locate what they need.
- Store Standards – maintaining front- and back-of-house standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
