Role Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Photoshop and the ability to put prints into repeat ready for digital and screen printing.
- Demonstrate an ability to design trend relevant and commercial prints.
- PC/Mac literate - Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word, Adobe Suite.
- Inspire by bringing newness with key ideas relevant to the brand. A love of social media trends, influencers and catwalks is a must.
- A passion for print from competition, designers, vintage and other inspirational sources.
- Previous experience working in a busy retail environment/ student placement.
- Broad understanding of current competitive marketplace.
- Ability to translate trends into a commercial way for the Love & Roses customer.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills and be able to work with the team.
- Great organisation skills and the ability to adjust to changes and work flexibly.
- Able to multitask whilst producing high quality output and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and resilience.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
