To be a successful Assistant Store Manager at GAP you will:

  • Help build and lead a high performing, engaging team
  • Drive day to day operations and deliver incredible customer experience

  • Support the Store Manager to execute merchandising, operational, customer and talent strategic initiatives on the shop floor

About You:

To be successful at GAP you will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in retail management
  • Commercial awareness with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
  • A positive hands-on leadership style
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings and holidays
