About the Job: We are recruiting for two exciting Art Director opportunities within our creative team – one supporting our Love & Roses brand and the other supporting Lipsy. As an Art Director, you will lead the development and delivery of compelling E-commerce and marketing imagery across stills and video, bringing each brand's vision to life across digital and social platforms. From concept through to execution, you will create best-in-class content that inspires our customers, drives engagement and upholds the highest creative standards. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and evolve the visual identity of two distinctive brands, working collaboratively to deliver innovative and commercially impactful creative.
Responsibilities:
- Shoot Direction & Execution: Create live mood boards for E-commerce across all brands and lead still life E-commerce shoots. Execute original, best-in-class creative direction for stills and video content for all platforms. Primarily focused on on-set art direction in the studio across ecommerce & elevated ecommerce shoots as well the opportunity to work on location shoots. Collaborate with the shoot team across pre-production (conception and decks), production (realising the vision), and post-production (edit and retouching). Work closely with the in-house team to elevate styling across all shoots. Efficiently manage set design and props alongside creative leads.
- Innovation & Strategy: Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines and best practices. Critically evaluate the creative process to improve productivity, achieve cost savings, and optimise results. Stay current with emerging trends in fashion, styling, social media, and technology.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Marketing, Design, PR, and Buying departments, as well as Project Managers and Producers. Forge and maintain strong relationships with photographers, videographers, and external vendors. Communicate concepts and storyboards clearly through presentations and team.

- Exceptional skills in styling and attention to craft and detail.
