You will make a tangible difference to how our customers experience our products, working as the dedicated stylist supporting several teams. This is a highly varied and fast-paced role where you will be flipping between different tasks and setups—ranging from floristry and food styling to bedding and small tabletop sets. You will collaborate closely with your Senior and Creative Lead, who will provide the creative direction, support, and training needed to help you refine your craft and continuously develop your skills in our fast-moving studio environment.

What you'll take on:

  • Taking a hands-on approach to styling everything from tabletop arrangements, bedding, and small sets to floristry, packaging, and food and drink.

  • Adapting your schedule to work across various NEXT studios, external studios, and on location as the shoot calendar requires.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong background of experience in creative and commercial styling, specifically focusing on still life and interiors for E-commerce, editorial, and cutout shoots.
  • A proactive, calm, and professional approach that allows you to thrive and stay positive in a highly pressured, rapidly changing studio environment.

  • High competence with MAC operating systems and full confidence in using industrial ironing equipment to prep products to the highest standard.
  • A keen, continuous eye for home interiors, lifestyle trends, and competitor activity.
  • Superior planning and workload management skills to handle the changing logistics of a large studio team, coupled with exemplary attention to detail.
