As a Stylist within our Enderby Photo Studio, you will be at the heart of the action, helping to deliver the high-quality imagery that our customers love. This is a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your fashion career by joining a large, fast-paced ecommerce team where your creativity will shine alongside NEXT’s photographic vision.

Working closely with your Senior Stylist and Creative Lead, you will specialise in both womenswear and menswear model-worn sets, ensuring every shot aligns perfectly with our brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop, and we’ll provide the collaborative environment you need to evolve your styling skills.

What You'll Take On

In this role, you will be a proactive member of the studio team, focusing on the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Build and style womenswear and menswear fashion outfits for model sets, ensuring a high level of technical fit awareness and quality.
  • Research and inspire by staying ahead of new trends, street style, and competitor movements to bring fresh energy to every shoot.
  • Create visual guides such as styling and product mood boards that align with the creative direction of the business.
  • Organise and prepare styling wardrobes and sets to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and collaborate with product coordination teams and senior staff to meet clear, achievable goals and maintain style guides.
  • Adapt and innovate by thinking outside the box on projects and remaining flexible to work across various NEXT or external studios when required.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a focused and driven team player who can remain professional and positive even when things get busy. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar styling role, specifically within ecommerce and editorial environments in a large studio environment.
  • A website or portfolio that showcases your talent and creative flair in both model and product-only shoots.
  • Competent in technical aspects of styling and garment fit and following creative guidance.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload, problem-solve under pressure, and maintain exemplary attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with studio peers regarding aesthetics of the imagery and creative goals.
  • A full UK driving license is essential, as you may occasionally work at different locations.
  • Proficiency in MAC OS.
