We're looking for a Services Marketing Executive to join our e Commerce department at NEXT within the Services Proposition Team.

Based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and benefits!

The Role

The e Commerce Services Propositions team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the NEXT online shopping experience.

They own and optimise NEXT’s core customer facing services, including flexible credit offerings, promotional campaigns, and the nextunlimited delivery subscription.

As a Services Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of ‘Next Unlimited’ the delivery subscription proposition.

You will be responsible for supporting subscriber acquisition and retention initiatives and supporting the day to day commercial operations working alongside the Lead.

This is a hybrid role split equally between commercial proposition management (50%) and targeted growth marketing (50%).

On the business side, you will dive into intricate performance data, identify trends, and partner directly with PO teams to deliver systematic service enhancements and maintain technical subscription operations.

On the marketing side, you will manage and execute day to day onsite placements, collaborate with CRM and Design teams, and leverage customer psychology to run continuous A/B testing across online and offline channels.

Collaborating daily across UX, Design, Marketing, and Legal, you will be the key operational link refining and growing the end to end subscriber experience.

What You’ll Take On

  • Actively monitor weekly proposition performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of short- and long-term commercial initiatives for your service proposition.
  • Coordinate and execute commercial testing plans across key e Commerce pages to optimise customer consent flows, programme opt ins, and the end to end subscriber journey.
  • Analyse customer psychology and friction points to identify commercial opportunities, testing new ideas to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Manage the end to end delivery of targeted CRM, onsite marketing, and promotional campaigns, navigating design, approvals, tech handovers and go lives.
  • Support PO squads by helping to outline commercial requirements for technical enhancements.
  • Conduct in depth analysis of competitor propositions, pricing models, and consumer trends to inform our growth strategies.
  • Work within compliance guidelines and support the team in ensuring materials meet relevant regulations, including FCA Consumer Duty.
