We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join our eCommerce Marketing team. Based from Next Head Office in Leicestershire, with a competitive salary range and great benefits.
What you'll take on:
- As a Paid Search Executive, you will support the day to day management and optimisation of our presence on global marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando and more.
- Reporting to our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of advertising campaigns. This is an ideal role for a performance marketer with a foundational understanding of digital advertising who is looking to specialise in international ecommerce, retail media or marketplaces.
- Ad Management: set-up and monitor Sponsored Product Ad campaigns across various 3rd party platforms.
- Daily maintenance: perform regular bid adjustments and budget optimisations to ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet ROI targets.
- Creative: work with internal teams to ensure the right creative and products are live in each campaign.
- Reporting & analysis: collate weekly and monthly performance data across multiple territories to help the team understand what is driving sales.
- Cross-functional working: act as a point of contact for the trading team, supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Channel Lead in preparing materials for meetings.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 1 year specialising in Paid Search.
- Confident with numbers and proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- An awareness of ad technology and integrations. Familiarity with SKAI/Kenshoo, SA360 or Amazon ad tech is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to team members.
