What You Will Take On
This role is ideal for a commercial lawyer who brings a solid foundation in contract negotiation and wants to broaden their expertise across intellectual property, legal compliance and regulatory law.
You will work on high-quality and varied projects across our business and brand portfolio.
From drafting concession agreements and Saa S contracts with well-known brands to supporting product clearance and managing non-contentious IP, you will have plenty of opportunity to grow as a lawyer.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including concession and licensing agreements, Saa S contracts, purchasing terms, IP licences and consultancy agreements.
- Advise internal colleagues on commercial legal requirements, ensuring practical and solution-focused guidance.
- Develop expertise across intellectual property law by handling non-contentious IP and managing pre-action dispute matters.
- Provide regulatory and legal compliance support, including advice on consumer law, competition law, pricing, advertising claims and product recalls.
- Mentor legal assistants by reviewing standard contract templates, guiding trademark checks and assisting with contract management.
- What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must be authorised to practice law by the Law Society or the Bar Council of England & Wales.
- Qualified UK Solicitor
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- The ability to work at a fast pace, manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.
